Shann Vander Leek is a graduate of Western Michigan University, a Coach Training Alliance graduate and professional certified coach. She is the founder of True Balance Life Coaching and Co-Founder of Seize True Success Coaching.

Shann helps entrepreneurs, sales and management professionals achieve extraordinary results and create balance in their lives through personal and group coaching.

Shann’s personal style and direct approach have guided and inspired many in accomplishing personal and professional challenges. Her background in television advertising sales, marketing and client development along with coaching a talented sales force for 11 years prepared her for the business of professional coaching.
