The afternoon will be dedicated to Luscious Living through a combination of Yoga, Meditation and Creative Expression.

"This play shop was created to inspire women to clean out the cobwebs and overcome obstacles in their lives. It is my observation that women deserve to take better care of their mind, body and spirit. This play shop allows for extreme self care through complete relaxation and creative renewal."
